About Dan

Dan serves as Chief of Firm Operations at Missiō Law, where he oversees the operational, administrative, and strategic functions of the firm. His work focuses on building the systems, processes, and internal culture that allow the firm’s attorneys to focus fully on serving clients while ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm’s values of professionalism, compassion, accountability, and integrity.

Prior to joining Missiō Law, Dan held marketing and operational leadership roles with organizations including Panera Bread and Taco John’s International, Inc.. His professional background spans national brand marketing, customer experience strategy, business operations, and process improvement. Having spent much of his career in the restaurant and hospitality industries, Dan brings a strong client-centered perspective to law firm operations, with a focus on creating thoughtful, responsive, and memorable experiences for those the firm serves.

Dan joined Missiō Law at its founding after collaborating closely with Managing Attorney Scott Andrew Fulks to help shape the firm’s operational vision and long-term strategy. He was drawn to the human-centered nature of immigration law and the opportunity to help build a mission-driven organization dedicated not only to excellent legal representation, but also to exceptional client care and workplace culture.

Originally raised in the Marshall Islands, Dan has lived in several regions across the United States, including Alabama, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golf, football, spending time with his wife and children, and serving within his church community.
