About Scott

Scott works with businesses, families, and individuals on immigration matters. Having spent most of his childhood in South America and later emigrated to Europe as an adult, Scott has a passion for immigrants and the opportunities provided by global migration. He utilizes his bilingual abilities and cultural awareness to guide immigrants through an increasingly complex and unstable U.S. immigration system.

Scott founded Missiō Law in 2026 after seven years of starting and leading the immigration practice at Deckert Law in Maple Grove, MN. During that time, he represented clients from over 100 countries before USCIS, the immigration courts, and related federal agencies in a wide range of matters, including asylum, family-based immigration, and humanitarian relief.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching soccer, and supporting Minnesota United.
